Sponsorship Hunter – Miss Multiverse (Global Partnerships)

Overview

We are seeking experienced Sponsorship Hunters to join our team and secure brand partnerships across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, travel, wellness, luxury, and CSR sectors. This is a remote, performance-based role where compensation is tied directly to closed sponsorship deals, with high earning potential.

For more than 10 years, Miss Multiverse has combined global media exposure, international live events, and CSR-driven impact to create premium content blending reality entertainment, leadership challenges, and cultural experiences. Known as “The Search for the Most Amazing Woman on Earth”, the program attracts contestants from 30+ countries while offering a proven sponsorship platform connecting partners with fashion, beauty, luxury, travel, and lifestyle markets worldwide.

Specific Skills

✔ Proven track record in sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, or high-ticket closing
✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
✔ Active network in luxury, fashion, lifestyle, tourism, or corporate CSR
✔ Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven
✔ Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation model

Identify and approach potential sponsors in target industries
Present tailored sponsorship packages with measurable ROI
Negotiate and close high-value deals (€5K–€50K range)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners
Collaborate with the executive team to expand international reach

Salary

This is a performance-based role, and to reward and motivate our team we offer one of the highest commission structures in the industry: €5K sponsor → 30% = €1,500 €25K sponsor → 40% = €10,000 €50K sponsor → 45% = €22,500 Fast payouts are made within 7 days. 👉 There is no sponsorship level cap. We negotiate higher-value deals with tailor-made brand integration concepts, and we reward those deals at the top end of our commission scale.
